PS3 gamers can pick up The Unfinished Swan on 24th October exclusively on PSN priced at €12.99/£9.99. If you’re a PlayStation Plus member, you can get the game a week early on October 17th.

In celebration of the release date announcement, developers Giant Sparrow have released the first in a series of developer diaries that will give fans some background on the team, the beginning of The Unfinished Swan and how it arrived as a PlayStation Network exclusive. The Unfinished Swan is a game about exploring the unknown where you play as a young boy chasing after a swan who has wandered off into a surreal, unfinished kingdom. The game begins in a completely white space where players can throw paint to splatter their surroundings and reveal the world around them.

We got hands on with The Unfinished Swan at this years Eurogamer Expo and we’re totally blown away by it’s unique and innovative style. This title is a definite must-buy for PS3 gamers. Fingers crossed we’ll see it land on the PS Vita as well at some point in the future.
